Class of 2024 UPSTANDER Scholarship
(deadline to apply 4/30/2022).
A one-time tuition payment will be
awarded to a graduating Senior attending
college in the Fall of 2024.*
Students in Monroe, Livingston, and Ontario counties are welcome to apply.
*The final amount of the scholarship will be announced once
all donations have been received.
To apply, please write a thoughtful, informed, and well-crafted
essay answering any or all of following questions:

What is bullying?
-
What does it mean to be a "disruptor?"
-
What does it mean to be an "upstander?"
-
Describe a situation in which you supported someone
that was being bullied. -
Have you ever been bullied? If so, describe.

Are you a reformed bully? If so, describe.
-
Describe your current and future commitment to changing
the negative culture of bullying in your community
and beyond.
